Assess
Our program starts with a comprehensive pre-test that identifies skill areas needing the most attention. Using our Web-based platform, Assessment Center, students take the pre-test online then instantly receive an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) based on their results, linking the skills they need most to the lessons in our
intervention curricula.
Strategize
The biggest hurdle for most intervention teachers is connecting results to resources. How many of your teachers toil for hours with a stack of printed reports and a fistful of colored pencils trying to determine what to teach next, and to whom? Data-driven intervention eliminates that with our inclusive professional development. ILPs in hand, our instructional experts work side by side with your staff to interpret the data and develop a plan for targeted, differentiated instruction that includes Prospects or SideStreets as well as your existing district resources. This not only creates a dynamic, efficient intervention program, but also builds teacher capacity so future programs are more effective.
